Bio
Dr. Stewart completed his medical degree in 1990. He then served as a member of the Army Medical Staff at Evans Army Community Medical Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He separated from the Army in 2001 and received an honorable discharge after 8 years of active duty service. Since that time he, his wife, Dr. Beatriz Gil-Stewart, and his 3 children, Paul, Hanna, and Maria have resided in Seneca, South Carolina where he as worked with the late Dr. William H. Lee, dedicating his professional time to the care of the children of Oconee County and its surrounding areas.
Dr. Stewart loves Native American artifact hunting, rock hounding, and fossil hunting as we all helping with wrestling at the local high schools after wrestling in college. He enjoys his 2 dogs, Cheyenne and little Winston Humphrey who go to work with him regularly.
